Life Changes … So Do Marketing Plans

After 6 years, you may wonder why I decided to re-launch my website?  It’s simple – as you know, today’s businesses need to evolve to reach all clients at an instant.  And, marketing our services and reaching our clients has to remain in our constant focus and evolve with today’s technology.

I saw this when my son shifted from Facebook to Twitter….after the middle aged parents across the nation entered the Facebook world, our youth population seemed to take an immediate notice and shifted to a social media realm that works for them and their peers (Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, etc.). It seems to be evolving on a daily basis.

When I first started in the consulting world, a website was just a place to “hang your hat” or a place for clients to read about our business and how to best contact us. Today, our website– and the enhanced use of social media is so much more: it is a way for our current and prospective clients to stay in touch with us, a place to learn about our various services, and we look to be a valuable resource for our visitors to learn more about the latest trends and hot topics affecting the organizational development and coaching world. As you explore our updated website, you will see that it is more reflective of our current customer focus and is just another example of how we are changing to meet our client needs.

This re-marketing effort brought me back to many SWOT analyses that I have facilitated with our clients. As many of you know, getting real clear about what you do and what you do not do are essential to streamlining your business plan and targeted markets. For example, the HumanVantage® Group does not provide compensation, benefits, or recruitment support.

I am a firm believer that if “we intentionally focus on what we do best and what gives us personal joy and purpose, success will ensue.” We will always want to provide our clients with the most meaningful and valuable OD and consulting experience, and to accomplish that we needed to broaden our networking to our diverse and talented client base.

Change is the only constant …and it is inevitable.

It was only a matter of time before I had to get fully online. Without change there is no growth. After all, investing in the emphasis of my client’s perspective is what The HumanVantage® is all about. Today you will find our business on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn – even YouTube!
